多热力系统集成仿真试验方法
An Integrated Simulation Method for Multiple Thermodynamic Systems
摘要 随着汽车性能的不断提升,迫切要求进行整车的集成设计分析.数值仿真作为车辆热管理的主要分析设计手段,可对多热力系统进行关联综合分析和结构仿真计算.利用一维(One-Dimensional,1D)和三维(Three-Dimensional, 3D)耦合计算方法,开展汽车多热力系统及整车、动力舱和乘员舱结构形态的实时计算仿真,实现综合分析与优化设计.采用Matlab编程进行1D模型和模块建立,完成计算控制,并利用CFD软件进行3D模型建立和计算.计算控制模块通过批处理文件,实现模型调用、数据传递、运算设置和结果输出等.通过算例进一步阐述了集成分析的综合能力.
Abstract:
Among the integrated methods for vehicle design and analysis,the integrated vehicle thermal management system(VTMS) is an important approach in which the numerical simulation can be used to analyze the correlation among the multiple thermodynamic systems and the structure changes. In this paper,a simulation approach coupling the one-dimensional VTMS,integrated simulation,under-hood, multiple thermodynamic systems(1D) and three-dimensional (3D) simulation was proposed to realize the comprehensive analysis and design optimization. The Matlab programming was used to establish the 1D model for the simulation of the relevance of systems and thermodynamic system cycles,and to create a module for the model implementation,data transfer,operation settings and result output etc. through the batch process. The CFD software was used to simulate the 3D model for the multiple thermodynamic systems. Through the examples,the comprehensive ability of the integrated method was discussed.
