胰腺胚胎发育调控机制及胰腺干细胞诱导分化方法研究进展

摘要 近年来糖尿病发病率逐年增加,研究如何控制和预防糖尿病成为世界性课题.传统的治疗方法不仅不能从根本上解决高血糖也不能有效地控制糖尿病并发症.胰岛移植技术的出现为临床治疗糖尿病提供了新的途径,但是胰岛数量的不足和胰岛移植出现的免疫排斥反应制约了胰岛移植技术的发展.因此,通过自体胰腺干细胞分化修复胰腺组织从而达到平稳血糖和控制糖尿病并发症成为一种新的技术手段.论文综述胰腺胚胎发育调控机制、胰腺干细胞的定位及体外诱导分化方法等方面的研究进展.
Abstract:
At present,the incidence of diabetes has increased year by year,how to control and prevent diabetes is becoming a worldwide subject.The traditional treatment method can not only solve the problem of hyperglycaemia,but also can not control the diabetic complications effectively.Although the technologies of islet transplantation provide a new way,the deficiency of the islets and the immune rejection in islet transplantation have restricted the development of islet transplantation.Therefore,it has become a new technique to repair the pancreatic tissue by the differentiation of pancreatic stem cells(PSCs) and achieve stable blood glucose and control the diabetic complications.In this paper,the development regulation mechanism of pancreatic embryos,the localization of pancreatic stem cells and the methods of inducing differentitation in vitro were reviewed.
