围护结构保温性对寒冷地区建筑节能的影响分析

摘要 基我国东北地区冬季寒冷,住宅建筑需依靠大量采暖设备保持适宜温度,消耗大量能源。从建筑整体来看,围护结构的保温性对建筑热传导有着决定性影响,超过60%的采暖能耗是由围护结构热传导消耗的,所以提高围护结构保温性对于降低建筑能耗有着重要意义。以哈尔滨市某建筑节能改造工程为实例,首先介绍了该地区建筑能耗现状和途径,又据此分析了提高围护结构保温性的具体措施,为以后该地区绿色建筑工程提供了一定的参考经验。
Abstract:
The northeast of China is cold in winter, so the residential construction must rely on a large number of heating equipment to maintain appropriate temperature, which will consume a large amount of energy. From the building as a whole, the heat preservation of palisade structure has a decisive influence on building heat conduction. More than 60% of the heating energy consumption is the consumption of the palisade structure heat conduction, so improving the palisade structure heat preservation to reduce building energy consumption has important significance. Exampled by a certain construction energy conservation transformation of Harbin city as an example, the present situation of local building energy consumption is introduced, and on the basis of analyzing the concrete measures of improving the palisade structure heat preservation, providing reference for green building project at the region.
