高射炮随动系统机电联合仿真
Antiaircraft Gun Servo System Electromechanical Co-simulation
摘要 为了模拟高射炮的射击精度,运用虚拟样机ADAMS动力学仿真软件与MATLAB/SIMULINK控制系统仿真软件,搭建高射炮随动控制系统机械动力学模型与伺服控制模型,通过ADAMS/Control与MATLAB/SIMULINK模块融合进行机电联合仿真,提高随动控制系统的可信度,以及对随动控制系统的动静态分析。仿真结果表明:该机电联合仿真模型满足火控系统动、静态性能,具有较好的快速跟踪能力、抗负载扰动以及具有较高的瞄准精度。
Abstract:
In order to simulate firing accuracy of antiaircraft gun, by using the virtual prototype of ADAMS dynamic simulation software and MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software of control system, the antiaircraft gun servo control dynamics system mechanical model and servo control model were built. Co?simulation was carried out by ADAMS/Control and MATLAB/SIMULINK module electro?mechanical integration, improved the reliability of servo control system, and the static and dynamic analysis of control system. The sim?ulation result shows that the electromechanical co?simulation model meets the dynamic and static performance of fire control system, while achieves fast tracking control of load changes, improving anti?interference ability, and has quite high firing accuracy.
