  • ISO 21648-2008 - 中外标准 - - 2008/12 - 现行
    ISO 21648:2008 establishes the design, analysis, material selection and characterization, fabrication, test and inspection of the flywheel module (FM) in a flywheel used for energy storage in space systems. These requirements, when implemented on a flywheel module, will ensure a high level of confidence in achieving safe operation and mission success. With appropriate modifications, ISO 21648:2008 can also be applied to similar devices, such as momentum and reaction wheels and control-moment gyroscopes. The requirements set forth in ISO 21648:2008 are the minimum requirements for flywheel modules in flywheels used in space flight applications. They are specifically applicable to the parts in the flywheel rotor assembly (FRA), including rim, hub and/or shaft and other associated rotating parts, such as the bearings and the motor generator rotor. The requirements are also relevant to the non-rotating parts, such as module housing, main suspension assembly (magnetic or rolling element bearings, superconductor bearings, etc.), motor stator, caging mechanism and sensors within the module housing, and backup bearings, if applicable. However, control and interface electronics are not covered in ISO 21648:2008.

    ISO 22108:2008 describes the identification of critical non-flight items in space flight hardware and the procedure to account for their complete removal prior to flight. ISO 22108:2008 is used in context with project-specific quality requirements and procedures related to flight hardware and related activities prior to launch and at the launch site. Verification of removal of critical non-flight items is described in ISO 22108:2008. Removal of other non-flight items is outside the scope of ISO 22108:2008 and is verified by relevant inspection procedures.

    ISO 24638:2008 establishes the baseline requirements for the design, fabrication and testing of space flight pressure components. It also establishes the requirements for assembly, installation, test, inspection, operation and maintenance of the pressure systems in spacecraft and launch vehicles. These requirements, when implemented on a particular space system, ensure a high level of confidence in achieving safe and reliable operation. ISO 24638:2008 applies to all pressure components other than pressure vessels and pressurized structures in a pressure system. It covers lines, fittings, valves, bellows, hoses and other appropriate components that are integrated to form a pressure system.

    IEC/TS 62396-3:2008(E) provides guidance to those involved in the design of avionic systems and equipment and the resultant affects of atmospheric radiation induced Single Event Effects (SEE) on those avionic systems. The outputs of the activities and objectives described in this Technical Specification will become inputs to higher level certification activities and required evidences. It builds on the initial guidance on the system level approach to SEE in IEC/TS 62396-1, considers some avionic systems and provides basic methods to accommodate SEE so that system development assurance levels may be met.

    IEC TS 62396-2:2008 (E) provides guidance related to the testing of microelectronic devices for purposes of measuring their susceptibility to single event effects (SEE) induced by the atmospheric neutrons. Since the testing can be performed in a number of different ways, using different kinds of radiation sources, it also shows how the test data can be used to estimate the SEE rate of devices and boards due to the atmospheric neutrons in the atmosphere at aircraft altitudes.

    IEC/TS 62396-4:2008(E) is intended to provide guidance on atmospheric radiation effects on high voltage (nominally above 200 V) avionics electronics used in aircraft operating at altitudes up to 60 000 ft (18,3 km). To be used in conjunction with IEC/TS 62396-1. Defines the effects of that environment on high voltage electronics and provides design considerations for the accommodation of those effects within avionics systems. Is intended to help aerospace equipment manufacturers and designers to standardise their approach to single event effects on high voltage avionics by providing guidance, leading to a standard methodology.
