公路路面无人值守超限车辆自动识别系统设计
Design of Automatic Recognition System for Overrun Vehicleon the Unattended Expressway
摘要 针对当前高速公路禁止拦截车辆检测的政策要求,在结合智能检测识别技术的基础上,提出一种公路路面无人值守超限车辆自动检测识别系统,通过构建前端车辆超限检测信息采集系统与后端非现场执法综合管理平台,对高速公路无人值守检测点处过往车辆数据、图片、超限情况及车牌信息进行高效自动化采集,进而在不影响车辆正常行驶的情况下,实现对公路运输车辆情况的实时监控与管理,为路政部门制定超限治理的相关政策方案及后续的非现场执法提供必要的数据支持,最终为实现高速公路超限车辆的智能化检测与信息化管理提供一定的参考.
Abstract:
On account that intercepting vehicles for test on the expressway is forbidden, based on the intelligent detection and recognition technology, an automatic recognition system for overload vehicles on the unattended expressway was proposed in this paper.By building the front-end detection information collection system and the back-end off-site law enforcement integrated management platform, vehicles' data, pictures, overload weight and license plates numbers are collected automatically without affecting the vehicles, which realizes the real-time monitoring and on-road management of vehicles, and offers necessary data to help road administration to establish policies on overload and enforce off-site law enforcement.Meanwhile, it provides references in realizing the intelligent detection and information management of overload vehicles on expressway.
