稠油油藏水平井复合吞吐开采技术研究
Research on horizontal well compound huff and puff technology of heavy oil reservoir
摘要 水平井复合吞吐开采技术是一种综合利用CO2、N2和蒸汽进行稠油吞吐开发的提高采收率技术,它由水平井、CO2、N2和蒸汽四个关键部分组成。与常规蒸汽吞吐相比,水平井复合吞吐开采技术针对稠油油藏有以下优势:水平井可以增大注入能力与生产能力,且吞吐有效期长;CO2能有效降低稠油黏度,降低残余油饱和度,提高驱油效率;N2可以扩大注入蒸汽波及范围,降低注入蒸汽热损失。现场应用表明该技术可以有效提高蒸汽的利用效率,降低注入压力,提高油井产能,延长吞吐有效期,大幅提高了海上稠油产量,目前已在我国渤海建成10×104 t的产能。
Abstract:
Horizontal well compound huff and puff technology is an enhanced oil recovery technology, using CO2, N2 and steam to conduct huff and puff for heavy oil reservoir. Compared with conventional huff and puff, it has some advantages. Horizontal well can increase injection capacity, production capacity and has long huff and puff validity. CO2 can effectively decrease heavy oil vis-cosity, residual oil saturation, and improve displacement efficiency. N2 can expand steam swept volume and reduce heat loss. Field application show that this technology can effectively increase steam utilization efficiency, decrease injection pressure, improve well productivity, prolong huff and puff validity, dramatically improve offshore heavy oil production. The annual productivity reaches 10×104 t in Bohai Bay.
