焦化酚氰废水处理工艺的研究
Study on treatment of coking phenol-cyanogen wastewater
摘要 以包头钢铁集团酚氰废水为对象,采用小试试验,形成酚氰废水深度处理工艺,主要包括Fenton反应、 絮凝沉淀、 等离子体高级氧化、 电化学催化反应.试验结果表明,处理后出水中CODCr的质量浓度降为76 mg/L,去除率为98.4%;总氮的质量浓度降为2.4 mg/L,去除率为96%;NH3-N的质量浓度降为1 mg/L,去除率为97%,苯并芘的质量浓度降为0.004μg/L,去除率为99.9%;总氰化物的质量浓度降为0.052 mg/L,去除率为99.7%;挥发酚的质量浓度降为0.01 mg/L,去除率为99.9%.出水指标完全达到GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》.该工艺适用范围广,已应用于医疗废水、 垃圾渗滤液等废水的处理.
Abstract:
Taking phenol-cyanogen wastewater from Baotou Iron and Steel Group as the research object, a phenol-cyanogen wastewater advanced treatment process was formed through small experiment, which includes Fenton reaction, flocculation sedimentation, plasma advanced oxidation and electrochemical catalytic oxidation. The Results showed that the mass concentrations of CODCr, total nitrogen, NH3-N, total cyanide, and volatile phe-nol decreased to 76, 2.4, 1, 0.052 and 0.01 mg/L respectively with the removal rates of 98.4%, 96%, 97%, 99.7% and 99.9% respectively; the mass concentration of benzopyrene decreased to 0.004 μg/L with a removal rate of 99.9%. Thus, the effluent water indicators fully met the requirements of GB 16171—2012 Emission Stan-dard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry. Further more, the said process has wild range of application, which has been used to treat medical wastewater and landfill leachate.
