液晶基板玻璃配料控制系统的设计与应用
Design and Application of LCD Glass Substrate Batching Control System
摘要 液晶基板玻璃配料控制系统是一个多输入、多输出系统,各条配料输送生产线严格地协调控制,对料位、流量及时准确地进行监控和调节.系统由可编程控制器PLC、变频器和高精度电子秤组成一个两级计算机控制网络,通过现场总线链接仪器仪表、控制计算机、PLC、变频器等智能度较高、处理速度快的设备.在自动配料生产工艺过程中,将主料与辅料按一定比例称量并按要求进行混合.PLC主要承担对物料的存储设备、输送设备、称量设备、混合设备及相关附属设备进行实时控制,并完成对系统故障检测、报警显示.
Abstract:
Liquid crystal substrate glass batching control system is a multi input and multi output system,the ingredient conveying production line strictly control of material flow,and timely and accurately monitor and adjustment.The system consists of a programmable controller PLC,frequency converter and high precision electronic balance to construct a two level computer control network,through field bus link instrumentation,control computer,PLC,inverter and other higher intelligent,fast processing equipment.In the production process of automatic batching process,the main materials and the auxiliary materials according to the weight ratio are blended according to requirements.PLC is mainly responsible for material storage equipment,transportation equipment,weighing equipment,mixing equipment and related auxiliary equipment for real-time control,and completes the system fault detection and alarm display.
