刺球状ZnS纳米结构可控合成及光催化特性研究
Thorn-like ZnS nano-crystal synthesis and enhanced photocatalytic activity
摘要 以醋酸锌(Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O)和硫脲(CN2H4S)为原料,以乙醇胺(HO(CH2)2NH2)为溶剂,通过化学水浴沉积法(CBD)成功制备了片状,球状和刺球状的ZnS纳米结构.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射技术(XRD)、拉曼光谱表征(Raman spectra)、表面光伏电压(SPV)等技术对其进行表征并光学性能研究,并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物对其紫外光催化活性进行了研究.结果表明刺球状的ZnS纳米结构具有很高的紫外光催化活性,比其它表面粗凑度较低的纳米结构有很大的提高,在紫外光照射下对亚甲基蓝的降解效率可以接近100%.
Abstract:
Plate-like,spherical and thorn-like ZnS nano-crystal have been successfully synthesized via low-cost and simple chemical bath deposition,using Zn(CH3 COO)2 ·2 H2 O as Zn-precursor,CN2 H4 S as S-source and ethanol amine ((HO(CH2 )2 NH2 )as the solvent.The structural,morphological characterizations and optical properties were carried out using SEM,XRD,micro-Raman spectroscopy and SPV.Using methylene blue as the degradation obj ect,the photocatalytic activity under UV light was studied.The results show that the thorn-like ZnS nano-crystal has high photocatalytic activity,which is much higher than that of other nano-crystals with lower surface roughness.The degradation efficiency of methylene blue under UV irradiation can be close to 100%.
